Damray Limited is an international scientific journal publisher and big data operator registered at 16 St Martin's Le Grand, St Paul's, London, UK, aiming to establish leading-edge platforms and promote the most advanced knowledge sharing platforms worldwide. Your use of any website and online services offered by Damray (the “Damray Sites”), including any updates or new releases thereof is subject to the Terms and Conditions below, which form a contract between Damray and you. Use of the Damray Sites indicates that you have read and accept these Terms and Conditions, and agree to be legally bound by all such terms. It is your responsibility to represent and warrant that your registration details are accurate and up to date. Articles published by Damray, unless otherwise indicated, are marked “Open Access” and licensed by the respective authors under the Creative Commons Attribution (CC-BY) license, which allows users to copy, distribute, transmit, adapt and make commercial use of the work under the condition that the user must attribute the work in the manner specified by the author or licensor (but not in any way that suggests they endorse the user or their use of the work).

Published materials can be reproduced without obtaining permission as long as correct citation of the original material is given. Please note that some figures, tables or texts inside a paper may be taken from other copyrighted publications, which you may need to seek permissions from the original copyright holder.

Third Party Content

The Damray Sites may provide links to other websites or resources. You acknowledge and agree that Damray has no control on these sites and resources, and thus is not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources. We are not responsible or liable for any content or operation of such external sites or resources. Some articles published in Damray journals have copyrighted materials from other publications, for which the author(s) have obtained permissions from the copyright holders. In case you need to include these copyrighted materials in your manuscript, it is your responsibility to take direct contact with those copyright holders for permissions. Damray usually is not allowed to further license the copyrighted material from other publishers.

Modifications

You acknowledge and agree that the Damray Sites may be suspended, withdrawn, discontinued, partly or fully changed at any time, without prior notice. Damray reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time by updating this page. You should check these Terms periodically to obtain timely notice of modifications we make.
